Parvathy's passion for continuous learning and her commitment to making a positive impact drive her to excel in every endeavour she undertakes. Her enchanting performances in stage competitions like extempore, mono act, etc., have not only earned her several prizes but have also deeply touched and won the hearts of the audience. Her multifaceted interests and dedication to personal growth make her a valuable asset to the organization and a role model for aspiring talents. Currently pursuing a B.Com LLB at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kalamassery, she also harbours a deep passion for law and aims to leverage her legal education to contribute meaningfully to society. Parvathy Raj has served as the Acting President and Vice President Interim of the Koodu Foundation, demonstrating strong leadership and commitment during her tenure. Her contributions have been invaluable in steering the organization forward.
Meet Akhila Nair, our esteemed Vice President at Koodu Foundation. With a passion for literature and exceptional leadership skills, Akhila has been a valuable asset to our team. She is the Project Coordinator of Kaleidoscope at Koodu Foundation. She has served meritoriously as an Office Committee Member in Udayam'23 and is currently pursuing her BA in English Language and Literature at NSS College, Kottiyam. Akhila's dynamic public speaking abilities, coupled with her active involvement in the National Service Scheme, reflect her strong commitment to community service and empowerment. Additionally, she has bagged several prizes in stage competitions, showcasing her talent and dedication. She has an impressive track record as the Former Volunteer Joint Secretary & Volunteering Secretary at the Koodu Foundation. We are proud to have Akhila as part of our team, driving positive change and fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.
Arabhi R, our Secretary at the Koodu Foundation, is a powerful force of compassion and change. Her unwavering commitment to service fuels her passion for uplifting others, making her a true beacon of hope in the community. From leading transformative programs like the Chilla: Two-Day Residential Camp to passionately engaging with students, Arabhi embodies the essence of empowerment. She doesn’t just teach; she ignites a fire within her students, instilling in them the courage to dream big and the resilience to pursue those dreams. With her extraordinary organizational skills and heartfelt dedication, Arabhi inspires everyone around her, proving that one person can indeed make a profound difference in the lives of many. She is pursuing a BA in English Literature at Mannam Memorial NSS College, Kottiyam, Kollam.
Sanoop Namboothiri K.A. stands as a dynamic force within the Koodu Foundation, serving as an Executive Committee Member where his fervour for science, music, and public speaking radiates in everything he does. A passionate quizzer with an insatiable curiosity for the world around him, Sanoop has not only excelled in numerous extempore speaking and quiz competitions but has also proven his sharp intellect and quick thinking time and again.
As the Project Director of Curious, Koodu Foundation's flagship initiative, Sanoop harnesses his enthusiasm for knowledge to craft engaging and thought-provoking programs that challenge and inspire participants. His dynamic leadership and unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of curiosity have transformed Curious into a powerful platform for intellectual growth and exploration.
Beyond his roles in education and leadership, Sanoop is a skilled musician and public speaker, captivating audiences with his multifaceted talents. Meet George Mathews, affectionately known as GM, the visionary Founding President and the Founding Director of Academic and Research Development (A&RD) of the Koodu Foundation. Hailing from the picturesque village of Chenkulam in Kollam, Kerala, George is a Doctoral Researcher at the Department of English, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. Beyond his academic pursuits, GM is a multifaceted individual with a passion for social service, creative writing, and public speaking. His love for literature and exploration fuels his pursuits as a creative writer and avid traveller. George's compelling words ignite inspiration and empowerment, as he leads numerous impactful projects and collaborates with diverse organizations, leaving an indelible mark on every endeavour he undertakes. George embodies the essence of 'Chalikuka Chalippikukka', infusing every endeavour with bold and transformative leadership, unleashing waves of hope and catalyzing powerful, lasting change around him. A true philanthropist at heart, he excels in volunteerism, leadership, and administration, playing a pivotal role in the journey of the Koodu Foundation. He finds joy in engaging in camps and sessions for children, leaving a lasting impact on young minds.
S. Syamlal, fondly called Pattazhy, stands as a beacon of dedication and leadership within the Koodu Foundation. Having served as its Founding General Secretary, he has woven a rich tapestry of experience through active participation in numerous NGOs across the state. His journey epitomises a deep-rooted commitment to community service. Syamlal’s unwavering dedication and hands-on approach have galvanised volunteers and played a pivotal role in steering the Foundation toward impactful initiatives.
Gaining valuable insights from his experience as a National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteer at both the school and college levels, Syamlal is cherished for his eloquent words and profound insights. A gifted writer, his contributions add depth and beauty to the fabric of the Koodu Foundation. His selfless dedication shone brightly during Kerala’s COVID-19 pandemic and flood disasters, where he tirelessly served those in need, embodying the true spirit of compassion and resilience. His visionary leadership, coupled with his boundless enthusiasm for service, continues to inspire countless individuals to contribute meaningfully toward creating a better world.
