DECISIONS
1. The General Body Meeting was presided over by the Founding President, George Mathews. The new Core Committee for the term 2026–27 was formed.
The portfolios are as follows:
President – Parvathy Raj (nominated by George Mathews, seconded by Sanoop Namboothiri KA)
Secretary – George Mathews (nominated by Akhila Nair and seconded by Anukuttan O.)
Treasurer – Sara Mathews (nominated by Parvathy Raj and seconded by George Mathews)
Vice President – Archa A.S. (nominated by Parvathy Raj & seconded by Sara Mathews)
Joint Secretary – Sanoop Namboothiri K.A. (nominated by George Mathews and supported by Sreechand A.)
Executive Member – Lijo C (nominated by George Mathews and supported by Afnan)
2. In recognition of her meritorious service as Vice President and former Executive Member for a period of approximately two years and three months, Akhila Nair has been promoted as Advisory Board Member of Koodu Foundation. The proposal was nominated by George Mathews and seconded by Parvathy Raj.
3. Sreechand A (nominated by George Mathews & seconded by Sanoop Namboothiri KA) Anukuttan O (nominated by George Mathews & seconded by Lijo) have been entrusted as Social Media Coordinators of Koodu Foundation.
4. The meritorious work rendered by the 2025–26 Committee was proudly acknowledged, and the attendees applauded the efforts of the team.
5. Anukuttan O. has been entrusted as the Coordinator of Project Reader’s Circle.
6. George Mathews briefed the members on the proposal to establish the office of Koodu Foundation at Chenkulam.
7. Anukuttan O. appreciated the membership campaign initiative initiated under the leadership of George Mathews. He also emphasised the need to initiate a monthly membership campaign. Afnan also reviewed and appreciated the programmes organised by the officials 2025-26.
