Fathimathul Hanna, BA Political Science (Honours) from Hindu College, New Delhi, is the first intern to complete her internship at the Koodu Foundation.
Each intern is carefully selected through a process of resume scrutiny and a Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the Foundation Interview Panel. We value diversity, creativity, and dedication, ensuring that every intern brings unique perspectives and skills to our collaborative environment. Throughout the internship journey, interns are evaluated for their work and activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. On a farewell day, interns are honoured with an Internship Certificate and an Appraisal Letter, recognizing their contributions and achievements during their time at Project Ikigai.
