The Healing Hearts Project, initiated by the Koodu Foundation, is a dedicated outreach program focused on raising awareness about mental health and fostering a supportive environment for individuals facing mental health challenges. Objectives:

Koodu Foundation, under its initiative Project Healing Hearts, in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS), successfully conducted a Mental Health Awareness Session at Govt. College for Women, Vazhuthacaud. The session, titled 'Breaking Resilience: Developing Inner Strengths to Overcome Challenges and Setbacks,' aimed to empower students with strategies to build mental resilience and navigate the challenges of modern life.
The session was led by Mr. Joel Mathew Jose, a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Clinical Psychology at Amity University, Mumbai. His expertise and insights gave the participants practical tools to enhance their inner strengths, foster resilience, and maintain mental well-being amidst adversity.
The event was presided over by Koodu Foundation President George Mathews, who emphasised the importance of mental health awareness in today’s society and encouraged students to actively engage in self-care practices.
