Was ist "MaP”?

Bei KONIA befinden wir uns in einer besonderen Situation:
Wir leben Multikulturalität und Mehrsprachigkeit und verbinden so mindestens zwei Nationen.
Das setzt sich auf besondere Weise in unseren Kindern fort: Sie sind sozusagen kleine Botschafter und Vermittler per Geburt.
Oft bedeutet das Bereicherung, aber auch besondere Herausforderungen, denen sich andere Familien nicht stellen müssen. 

Darüber wollen wir uns in lockerer Runde austauschen:
Einfach mal hören, wie das andere so machen mit dem Sprachunterricht, dem koreanischen Bildungswesen, dem Alltag in Korea als multikulturelle Familie, etc...

Bringt Eure Fragen und vielleicht auch Eure Sorgen, aber natürlich auch gerne Eure Erfahrungen mit. Zusammen sind wir stärker - und manchmal braucht es einfach Menschen, die sich in einer ähnlichen Situation befinden und uns verstehen können.
Alteingesessene treffen auf Neuankömmlinge, junge Eltern auf erfahrene Mamas und Papas:
Wir freuen uns auf neue und bekannte Gesichter.

Gelegentlich gibt es MaP-Specials als Webinare mit externen Referenten zu bestimmten Themen (Anmeldung erforderlich).

Allerdings hilft es uns, zu wissen, ob wir noch auf jemanden warten sollen.

"MaP” 무엇일까요?

코니아에서는 우리가 특별한 상황에 놓여 있습니다.
우리는 다문화와 다언어를 실천하며, 그로 인해 최소한 두 개의 나라를 연결하고 있습니다.
이는 우리 아이들에게도 특별한 방식으로 이어지는데, 이들은 태어날 때부터 작은 대사이자 중재자 역할을 합니다.
이것은 종종 풍요로움을 가져다주지만, 다른 가정에서는 마주하지 않을 수 있는 독특한 도전을 안겨주기도 합니다.

이와 관련된 이야기를 부담 없이 나누고자 합니다:
다른 사람들은 언어 교육, 한국의 교육제도, 그리고 다문화 가정으로서 한국에서의 일상을 어떻게 꾸려가는지 들어보려 합니다.

여러분의 질문이나 걱정거리, 그리고 물론 경험도 자유롭게 나눠 주세요. 함께하면 더욱 강해집니다. 때로는 같은 상황에 놓여 있고, 우리를 진심으로 이해해줄 수 있는 사람을 만나는 것이 정말로 필요하기도 하니까요.
오랫동안 거주해 온 분들과 새로 이주해 온 분들, 젊은 부모와 경험 많은 엄마·아빠들이 만납니다:
새로운 얼굴이든 익숙한 얼굴이든, 모두 만나 뵙기를 기대합니다.

가끔은 특정 주제를 다루는 외부 연사 초청 MaP 스페셜 웹세미나가 열리며 (사전 등록이 필수).

What is "MaP”?

At KONIA, we find ourselves in a unique situation:
We practice multiculturalism and multilingualism, thereby uniting at least two nations.
This continues in a special way through our children: they are, so to speak, little ambassadors and mediators from birth.
Often, this is enriching, but it also brings particular challenges that other families do not have to face.

We would like to discuss this in a relaxed setting:
Simply to hear how others handle language lessons, the Korean education system, daily life in Korea as a multicultural family, and so forth.

Bring your questions and perhaps your concerns, but of course also feel free to share your experiences. Together we are stronger – and sometimes we just need people who are in a similar situation and can understand us.
Long-established residents meet newcomers; young parents meet experienced moms and dads:
We look forward to seeing new and familiar faces.

Occasionally, we hold  "MaP Specials" as webinars with external speakers on specific topics (rsvp required).

No prior registration is required.
However, it helps us to know whether we should wait for anyone else.

Über Nicole Maina

Nicole Maina ist in einer italienischen Familie in Deutschland zweisprachig aufgewachsen und lebt mit ihrem italienischen Mann und ihren zweisprachigen Kindern in Turin, Italien.
Sie ist seit 20 Jahren Fachübersetzerin und Konferenzdolmetscherin und befindet sich derzeit in der einjährigen Ausbildung für LingFloWS®-Mehrsprachigkeitsexpertinnen.
Bisher hat sie ein Dutzend Familien beraten und dabei festgestellt, dass jede Konstellation einzigartig ist und einen ganz individuellen Ansatz erfordert.

니콜 마이나 (Nicole Maina) 는 독일의 이탈리아계 가정에서 이중언어로 성장했으며, 현재 이탈리아 토리노에서 이탈리아인 남편 및 이중언어 자녀들과 함께 살고 있습니다.
20년 경력의 전문 번역가이자 컨퍼런스 통역사이며, 현재 LingFLoWS® 다언어성 전문가(1년) 양성과정에 참여하고 있습니다.
지금까지 12가정 내외를 상담하면서, 각 가정의 구성은 고유하며 맞춤형 접근이 필요하다는 점을 확인했습니다.

About Nicole Maina

Nicole Maina grew up bilingually in an Italian family in Germany and now lives in Turin, Italy, with her Italian husband and their bilingual children.
She has been a specialized translator and conference interpreter for 20 years and is currently enrolled in the one-year training program to become a LingFLoWS® multilingualism expert.
To date, she has advised a dozen families and has found that every family constellation is unique and requires an individualized approach.
