ROTARY PARK

Together with a working party of community groups, we developed a plan to improve the appearance and function of the Alexandra Rotary Park near the Visitor Information Centre and to unify the garden design. The project focus was to open up and improve the visibility of the VIC and enhance the park appearance with good planting design. A strong focus was on retaining the existing trees and using native plants to link with the Murrindindi Shire's UT creek Enhancement Plan. A re-alignment of the gravel path, the addition of mudstone rock seats and lawn replenishment were also part of the design.
