Opening the safe with the 273 code from the base game now reveals the pile of meat.
Opening the safe with a different code unlocks the Hexagonal Record.
You can now customize your figurine to the left of the safe.
The contraption holding the Special Dagger is replaced by the Gramophone.
The top of the Cuckoo Clock is used to unlock the Hexagonal Record.
The bottom of the Cuckoo Clock no longer opens.
The painting is now used to unlock three Kaycee's Mod-exclusive items.
The set of Drawers can no longer be unlocked and do not give cards / the Squirrel Totem Head.
The Globe is the same.
The Skull no longer gives teeth.
The Caged Wolf does not exist.

Bosses play different cards depending on what map you encounter them on.
Map 1:
Coyote next to Mule, like normal
Map 2:
Wolf instead of Coyote.
Phase 2 Bloodhound has an added sigil.
Sigil options: Bifurcated Strike, Fledgling, Touch of Death (possibly more)
Map 3:
Same as Map 2.
