BE AWARE WITH BAD USE OF TECHNOLOGY!
Excessive use of technology could result in poor social skills.
Be careful not to overuse technology.
Physical effects could be: exercise less + snack a lot + go to sleep late = "the most dangerous effects could be" --> obesity + bad blood circulation in your body + neck and head pain.
Be careful with your privacy and security.
Bad quality and quantity of sleep: "The sleep chemical melatonin is influenced by the constant glow from screens. So constant technology use is likely to interfere with your sleep, especially if you’re viewing screens immediately before bed. Even more serious is when people become addicted to technology. Addictive behaviors can easily end up destroying social and family bonds." (© https://kidslox.com/guide-to/top-5-negative-effects-of-technology-you-even-dont-suspect/)
"mental problems caused by computers is a new type of stress called “smartphone stress”". (© https://kidslox.com/guide-to/top-5-negative-effects-of-technology-you-even-dont-suspect/)
HOW TO REDUCE NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF TECHNOLOGY
Be aware and limit the use of technology.
"Learn about responsibility and conscious behavior: ask to your ...(parents) ... about privacy in cyberspace and the potential risks and dangers.
Find alternatives to technology: read books, get involved in a hobby or a sport, not just online games or video games. Organize a regular family time with no electronic devices. " (© https://kidslox.com/guide-to/top-5-negative-effects-of-technology-you-even-dont-suspect/)
Try to not use tecnology (TV, tablet, phone, computer...) at least 2 hours before going to sleep.
Be careful with the cartoons you watch on TV: too many movements is bad for your brain.
