Equipment purchased and owned by the school district will be maintained and replaced by the district and district IT personnel as required. This includes tables and chairs, shelving, Chromebooks, laptops, and large flat-panel touchscreen computers.Â
Additional equipment purchased by the librarian from the library budget will be maintained, repaired, and replaced by the librarian. This includes flexible seating such as beanbag chairs, reclining reading chairs, stationary bikes, and any digital equipment purchased with library funds.
Equipment that is broken beyond reasonable repair, or that has become otherwise unusable, will be discarded and replaced as necessary. Campus or district maintenance and custodial staff will be properly discard of this equipment.
