Online teachers must be able to effectively use their LMS. They must be able to create and find engaging content that is aligned with the objectives of the course. They should be able to include multimedia into their lessons. The teacher should be able to determine the appropriateness of digital content while choosing which resources to include in their lessons.

During my studies for the endorsement program, I created one online unit in Schoology. I included an applet from NCTM's illumination as an example of media. In my current placement, I also have the chance to incorporate instructional technology. I use EDpuzzle often for delivery of video lessons and I use Khan Academy from time to time for students to practice the skills that they are learning. Both of these resources allow the teacher to see student results and performance.

To access the Schoology course, one would need to join schoology and enroll in my course using the access code D3788-GB95G. I've included screenshots from the unit as well. Additionally, I'm including some screenshots from EDpuzzle and Khan Academy resources that I use in my current hybrid teaching placement.
