Online teachers must be able to find a professional network to help build their talents in teaching. They must also be able to communicate with families to help meet the needs of students.

The entire endorsement program has been one big professional development experience. I have made some friends that I will keep in contact with professionally after our last course ends. I also present and attend several professional conferences every summer. Additionally, as part of an assignment, I created a letter that I could use to open the lines of communication with parents.

For evidence that I have met this standard, I have included a link to information on my presentations as well as a link to the introductory letter that I would send to parents prior to the start of school.
