Committee meetings in JCI New Jersey are designed to bring new members and non-members together, foster a shared vision, and provide opportunities to learn how we can collaborate effectively. These meetings also serve as a platform for new members to gain experience in running meetings, share and refine their skills, develop conflict management strategies, and most importantly, grow as leaders."
