初冬の候　会員各位におかれましては益々ご清祥のこととお喜び申し上げます。

さて、本学会では下記の要領で2023年度大会を開催いたしますので、奮ってご参加ください。

• 開催日時：2023年12月17日（日）13：00～（以下、日本時間）

• 開催方法：Zoomによるオンライン開催と対面会場を利用したハイブリ形式

• 開催場所：同志社大学今出川キャンパス良心館（対面会場）。参加を希望される方はこちらより事前にご登録ください。（申請を締め切りしました（12月16日））

• 申込締切：12月13日（水）23時59分。締め切り後に追って Zoom ID や パスコード や会場の詳細などをお知らせします。

• Method: Online via Zoom or In-person meeting. Pre-registration required; please register via Forms . The deadline is 23:59 on Wednesday, December 13 (Japan time). After the deadline, we will inform you of a ZOOM ID and  a passcode, or a specific notice about in-person meeting.

• Location: Imadegawa Campus, Doshisha University, Kyoto, Japan.

紅葉の季節となりました。会員の皆様には時下ますますご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。

さて、2023年度の大会を以下の要領で開催する予定です。

今年度はオンライン会議システムZoomと対面会場を併用したハイブリッド形式での開催とさせていただきます。

つきましては自由論題の報告者を募集しますので、会員各位におかれては奮ってご応募ください。

• 日　　時：2023年12月17日（日）午後

• 開催方法：Zoomおよび対面形式（どちらかをお選びください）

• 対面会場：同志社大学今出川キャンパス良心館（予定）

• 時間配分：報告35分、質疑20分程度を基本とします。

• 申込方法：本会宛てにメールでご連絡ください。宛先はsouthchinastudies (at) gmail.comです。（（at）を@に書き直して下さい）。

• 申込締切：2023年10月31日

報告を希望される方は、300字から400字程度の要旨を併せてご提出ください。理事会での審査を経て、報告者を決定いたします。

The annual conference of the Society for the year 2023 is scheduled as follows.

This year, a meeting in both online and in-person formats will be held. We are calling for free discussion topics, and encourage all members to submit their presentations.

• Method:  Zoom or In-person meeting (please choose the best ones.)

新型コロナは収束に向かいつつありますが、遠方の会員にご報告、ご参加いただくにはオンラインに

利点があるため、引き続きオンライン会議システムのZoomを利用します。

つきましては自由論題の報告者を募集しますので、会員各位におかれましては奮ってご応募ください。

• 会　　場：Zoom meeting

• 報告時間：報告30分、質疑15分程度を基本とします。

Although the COVID-19 situation is getting resolved, we will hold the meeting via the Zoom online conferencing system, so that remote  members can join our workshop.
