An exuberant Argentine Tango, inspired by the lush harmonies of traditional Neapolitan Bel Canto from my ancestral homeland. Tango rhythms and virtuosic Liszt coalesce in a furious and passionate display of the full capabilities of the piano. My overall intention is for a piece of music that my partner and I can dance the Argentine tango to. This is one of our favourite dances, our love for which has blossomed alongside our relationship.

Ace's Tango premiered at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama Pianists-Composers Collaboration Concert at Cardiff The Hayes' glorious Tabernacl Chapel on 02nd July 2025. It was a joy collaborating with the brilliant pianist Jason Sones, my masterful Latin dance partner Ace Bindley, and exceptional filmmakers Micah Hedges and Dylan Ward. Together we created a multi-sensory musical experience encompassing live piano performance and a cinematic tango dance film.
