Web Evaluation Form

Overview

The internet is the first place that people go for information, even students. As educators, we are responsible for guiding students to search the internet effectively.  A necessary skill is evaluating web sites for authority, accuracy and timeliness.

Google Forms is typically used to create surveys, sign-ups, feedback forms, and more. It also can be used to create quizzes that you can easily incorporate into Google Classroom. There's a variety of question types you can use to make your own quizzes, and they feature an array of customization for settings.

Google Sheets is the productivity tool that includes form creation in its functionality. Once you create a form, respondents can complete the form online. The responses to your questions are then “fed” to the underlying spreadsheet for future analysis.
