Why not use a handy kit to try your hands on smoking food? After this beginner class, you can bring home the kit and try smoking food at home. A list of recommended food suitable for smoking will also be introduced.
The Iiyama City Arts and Culture Association organizes exhibitions and performances every year in fall to showcase works of artists. Admission is free of charge, so please take this opportunity to enjoy the beautiful art.

In commemoration of the opening of Iiyama City Johoku Elementary School, we will introduce items and history related to elementary schools in general, and memories of elementary school days that have been shared with us. The Furusato Hall exhibition will focus on school meals, providing an insight into school life and daily life at that time.
