Merchandise

Welcome to the team!

As part of our energetic Merchandise team, you assist anyone who wants to get their hands on our beloved merch items. From T-shirts & bags to baby clothes: you help sell these collectibles & inform visitors about the IFFR 2026 campaign. Moreover, you make sure the desk looks neat & presentable. Over the last few years the merchandise team managed to make this store a big success! This year, there'll be two Merch shops: one in De Doelen and one in Pathe.

During the festival, you will be coordinated by sub-coordinators and a lovely colleague from the marketing team, who will be responsible for your schedule & tasks during your shift.

Calling in sick / changing shifts

If you are sick, please call the Location Manager of your location to inform them. They will inform the Merchandise Subco's You can find their contact details on the tab 'Contact & Locations'.

If you want to change a shift, please first check if you can change a shift with a fellow volunteer. If you do, always let your Location Manager and the Volunteer Coordinators know.

If that does not work, please email the Volunteer Coordinators at volunteers@iffr.com.
