Flying Tigers

Welcome to the team!

As a Flying Tiger you help us save the day! During your shift, you are sent out to different locations to support with scanning tickets, selling merch, guiding the audience... Any position where another volunteer had to cancel or where an extra hand is needed. Together with your team, you are based in De Doelen, ready for the next call for help. 

You will be coordinated by the Flying Tiger Subco's who will be responsible for your tasks during your shift as well as your daily schedule.

Calling in sick / changing shifts

If you are sick, please call the Flying Tigers coordinators to inform them.

If you want to change a shift, please first check if you can change a shift with a fellow volunteer. If you do, always let the Flying Tigers coordinators and the Volunteer Coordinators know.

If that does not work, please email the Volunteer Coordinators at volunteers@iffr.com. 

Schedule 

You can create your schedule via the Shiftpicker. Please check your email for a direct (personal) link to the Shiftpicker platform.

For an overview of your shifts, please check the confirmation email you received after scheduling your shifts.
