Information Desk

Welcome to the team!

As part of the info desk, you are the welcoming & patient face of the festival. You answer every question a visitor may have, whether they are wondering what film to watch, how to travel to a certain location or which screening rooms are accessible.

During the festival, you will be coordinated by sub-coordinators who will be responsible for your schedule & tasks during your shift.

Calling in sick / changing shifts

If you are sick, please call the Location Manager of your location. They will inform the Information Desk subco's. You can find the contact details of the Location Manager on the tab 'Contact & Locations'.

If you want to change a shift, please first check if you can change a shift with a fellow volunteer. If you do, always let your Location Manager and the Volunteer Coordinators know.

If that does not work, please email the Volunteer Coordinators at volunteers@iffr.com.

You can create your schedule via the Shiftpicker. Please check your email for a direct (personal) link to the Shiftpicker platform.

For an overview of your shifts, please check the confirmation email you received after scheduling your shifts.
