Welcome to the team!
As a member of the Art Directions Team, you will be assisting the audience & supporting the Art Directions projects at various locations. The Art Directions programme of IFFR presents various forms of visual art which seek to make the audience approach the cinematic art from a different angle. For this year's edition there are already a few projects planned to which you will be assisting: a Virtual Reality project, Sound//Vision project (performance), an Art Installations.
During your shifts, tasks can range from welcoming the audience, scanning their tickets, informing them on the projects & making sure everyone behaves around the art exhibits respectfully. These tasks will depend on which projects you are supporting during a shift.
Before the festival, you will be coordinated by the Location Managers of WORM and Katoenhuis during the festival, who will be responsible for your tasks during your shift. This year's Location Manages are Ruth and Ticho
NOTE: The Art Directions locations it can be very cold, so please make sure to bring warm clothing & wear layers.

If you are sick, please call the Location Manager of your location to inform them. You can find their contact details on the tab 'Contact & Locations'.
If you want to change a shift, please first check if you can change a shift with a fellow volunteer. If you do, always let your Location Manager and the Volunteer Coordinators know.
If that does not work, please email the Volunteer Coordinators at volunteers@iffr.com.
