Contributing to research and development cooperation at EU level
All in all IAAD aims at participating in the Digital Transformation within innovative developments, supported by cutting-edge systems and projects lead by key players and decision-makers of the R&D sphere and the Industry.
IAAD is at the interface between science, the civil society and businesses from a series of economic sectors such as Culture and Creative Industries, the ICT sphere, Agriculture, Health and Care, Urbanism (mobility), and engages in initiatives tackling essentially EU H2020 Societal Challenges.
IAAD may engage as non-key expert in surveys and research developments in a series of fields in cooperation with research institutes, universities, enterprises and other related bodies.
IAAD recognises, practices and abides the EU H2020 Responsible Research & Innovation Dimension and Open Science policies.
IAAD recently gathered expertise on Blockchain Technology and Industry 4.0 with UK-based experts.
IAAD main field of development in R&D relates to Social Innovation Research, Socio-Economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) and Inclusive, Innovative and Reflective Societies (IIRS).
EU 2020 Societal Challenges practice in R&D
IAAD focuses on the following EU 2020 challenges:
