OVERVIEW

This project will be addressing two vulnerable groups which are frequently marginalised from mainstream society, senior citizens residing in a retirement home and young people aged 13-16 who are dealing with a serious illness in their family. This project will be bridging these two vulnerable groups together and address their specific needs.

Young individuals will be taking benefit from experiences of life and wisdom from senior citizens, discussing values of life and will be mentored in a time loneliness and frustration due to a serious illness in the family. Senior citizens will be given voice and will actively contribute to the project development, whilst young individuals will offer companionship.
