STEP4-SFC consortium strongly recognise the need to improve the quality of National Catalogues of Qualifications (NCQ) which are directly related to VET services offered globally and - if necessary - to review pedagogical approaches and tools regarding the matter in hand.
The initiative aims at fostering and promoting a sustainable inclusion approach in the labour market, where expertise in behavioural work situation, “Savoir Faire Comportementaux - SFC” (French for "Behavioral Know-how") are considered strategic by employers, careers’ support services and training providers.
