Nathan was addicted to his smartphone. He spent every waking moment scrolling through social media, texting his friends, and playing mobile games. He couldn't imagine a life without his beloved device.

One night, Nathan was lying in bed, scrolling through his phone, when he noticed something strange. His phone was picking up radio signals that shouldn't exist. At first, he dismissed it as a glitch, but then the signals started to get stronger, and he began to hear voices.

The voices were faint at first, but they grew louder and more frantic. They were coming from his phone, but they weren't in any language Nathan recognized. It sounded like some sort of ritual chant, and it made his skin crawl.

Suddenly, the screen of Nathan's phone flickered, and a figure emerged from it. It was a shadowy figure, with eyes that glowed with a malevolent light. Nathan tried to run, but the figure was too fast. It chased him through the house, and Nathan could feel its cold breath on the back of his neck.

As Nathan ran, he realized that his smartphone was no longer a device but a portal to a dark realm beyond human comprehension. The voices were getting louder, and the shadowy figure was getting closer.

In a moment of desperation, Nathan threw his phone out the window, hoping to banish the shadowy figure back to its own realm. But as he turned to run, he realized that the figure was now standing in front of him, blocking his escape.

Nathan was never seen again, and his phone was found shattered on the pavement below his bedroom window. Some say that the phone was cursed, a portal to a world beyond our own, and that Nathan had been consumed by the darkness that lay beyond the screen.
