(Negative) Yosuke - He probably respects Yosuke the least though he doesn’t exactly mean to. Akechi BELIEVES he’s doing what’s best for him and his job performance. He sees Yosuke’s fruitiness and husband as a distraction, so he sends Yosuke to Sephiroth’s therapy to help. Of course, he doesn’t realize this just harms whatever relationship they have with each other more, and he constantly pushes Yosuke to his breaking point for little regard to how he feels. Everything is based on if Taco Bell’s service is good, and if he decides there's something interrupting that; Akechi deals with it.

(Negative) Sho - He only ever hired Sho due to Yosuke doing a shit job at mopping, but was very disappointed when Sho was just as bad at mopping. He sees Sho as just another employee, just another asset to help his business though he’s annoyed with Sho’s hotheadedness. Outside of that he doesn’t hold any personal ill will against him, or used to until the recent (9/11/22) events at Wendy’s and the 9/28/22 occurrence. While Wendy's just left him annoyed at Sho, the 9/28/22 occurrence has just left him furious and absolutely hateful towards Sho.

(Positive) Johnathan Blorbo - He sees nothing wrong with Johnathan and alongside Minazuki sees him as like. The Only Worthwhile Taco Bell Employee he has. Number one employee of the month every month every year 💯💯💯He’d probably still treat him like shit though.

(Neutral-Positive) Minazuki - He basically just sees Minazuki as a “””””better””””” Sho who actually helps clean up, basically respects him about the same as Johnathan in that regard just minus the number one employee bc Minazuki isn't technically an employee.

(Negative) Mrs. Persona 4 Golden Hanamura - Akechi literally fucking hates his guts. Both because he’s a main distraction for Yosuke and his work, but also because he’s constantly trespassing, breaking into his office, and just generally being a nuisance to him. He takes pride in being able to “capture” Yu and just fuck with him in revenge in some way.

(Neutral-Negative) Sephiroth -  Used to be Akechi’s best friend and source of his internalized homophobia. Having been friends for a while, he’s grown a lot of respect towards Sephiroth and hardly questions.. Everything About Sephiroth and how he is. He also sees Sephiroth as a ‘solution’ for his problems in some ways, like his employees, and likes utilizing Sephiroth’s therapy for his own gain. However, Sephiroth has recently cut Akechi off due to finding out he's gay, and it's absolutely devestated Akechi. Instead of expressing this hurt in a more, passive way he's channeled it into just working his employees worse out of frustration and building walls higher.

(Negative) Hatsune Miku - Archenemies. Having originally believed Miku completely owned Wendy's, he saw Her as some source of his problems and direct competition for his business. Despite now having found out that Katsuya is actually the CEO with Miku instead just holding all the other jobs, he still hates her. He doesn’t really care about Sephiroth's admiration for her, and probably just wants to see her and Wendy’s fall.

(Negative) 1g0r -  Goddd godd god does he hate him despite only knowing him for a short while. Scheming with Sho, talking about how fucking shitty Goro and Taco Bell (Goro completley disagreeing with bc ofc he does) is. Finally breaking into his office and telling everyone else what he saw- dawg he just hates 1g0r with all his guts. Banned from the Taco Bell establishment for LIFE. He does genuinely think that 1g0r is a spy for Wendy’s and thus hates him despite being a relative of Katsuya.

(Neutral-Negative) Adachi - They were best friends during the course of middle and high school up to nearly the very end. Before Sephiroth started working at Akechi’s work, he was actually decently open about his sexuality- however, in fear of Sephiroth finding out and really wanting to keep his friendship with him, Akechi started hiding it. Adachi knows he’s fruity, and in frustration with Akechi acting defensive about it he threatened to tell Sephiroth himself just so Akechi would be normal. This did not go over well obviously?? Akechi quickly just. Cut himself off from Adachi but just to make sure to send a message, he killed Adachi’s girlfriend (the ONLY pussy he’s ever getting) at the time. They fucking hate eachother, though for Akechi its more of a simmering grudge and need to keep that information down rather than a constant hate. It’s not like they interact much at all anymore. (I wanna say this could change now that Sephiroth knows that Akechi’s gay but . i play them both so :( unfortunately still no interactions in game)

(Neutral-Negative) Hhgregg - Despite ‘Greg being the like.. God of the universe and a close friend of Sephiroth’s (according to the latter), Akechi doesn’t really think anything of him. Probably even a bit negative because he really wants to just ask him to get Rid Of Wendy’s but Hhgregg would probably Refuse and so he will Mald over a situation that hasn't even come to be yet. 

(Positive) Katsuya - In love with him despite the fact Katsuya’s the CEO of Akechi’s main rival company. His lovely.. Milk….. won Akechi over, since that was something Akechi did admire about Wendy’s. And learning that it came from Katsuyas. Teets….. Ohh man is this homophobe gay. He does still hold that general rival-company-resentment but it's like… Akechi’s love outdoes the rivalry. Ofc it’s not very likely that Katsuya reciprocates it but LET HIM LIVE!!.
