This connects to standard 2P by making sure that all students are willfully and willing to perform the given task at hand. Their are different types of workouts to accommodate any and all students. This warm up is to be performed at the beginning of class to get students up and moving around each other.
2C) Understands the cognitive processes associated with various kinds of learning and ensures attention to these learning processes so that students can master content standards.
This connects to standard 2c by speaking to how students learn and perform skills at different ages. Students are unique in their own ways but at some point they all require the same common basic understanding skills before becoming the master of any given skill. This essay is about how the maturation process from males and females begin and end in different times of their lives.
