Hamsters are omnivores. They must get a balanced and varied diet.
Avoid all-pellet foods, these are boring and bland. Try combining different hamster foods. Make sure your hamster gets all the nutritions it needs and only refill your hamster's food bowl when all of the food is eaten. Give treats every couple of days. Try avoiding yogurt drops, as they are very sugary.
Your hamster's food should include things like seeds, fruits, mealworms, and a little bit of pellets.
