A change to the Cloudready operating system introduced issues when trying to stream video clips in certain situations.

A component called Widevine is required to rectify this and if you do not already have it you will need to install it.

You can check under "Settings" and search for Widevine - if the results show that you have an entry under the "Media Plugins" section for Widevine Content Decrytion Module you have it, otherwise go to the Web Store and install it.
