Google force installs several "Chrome Apps" like G Drive, Docs, etc to all Chrome OS user profiles - CloudReady doesn't so that.
You can still use those services via a normal browser tab, or you can visit the Chrome Web Store and find the Google Apps you liked having on your Chromebook before and add them to your profile.
