Suspending your device
Suspending your device
You will find that the Cloudready OS usually boots up quickly so there is probably no great need to suspend your device, however there are options ...
Depending on your model you may find that simply closing the lid of your laptop will automatically put it into "Suspend Mode" after which, when you re-open the lid, it will quickly resume to the point where you left off.
At the moment, there is no option on the MENU setting but you can make your computer [desktop or laptop] go to sleep using terminal command lines:
1. Press Crtl+Alt+T to open the terminal window, then type "shell" and press Enter. The orange shell text will turn to green.
2. Type "sudo powerd_dbus_suspend" and press Enter
