E-Laundry Mobile App (Agile Project)
As the project manager, I led an Agile team to develop the E-Laundry mobile app and its accompanying marketing website. Our process involved defining a clear vision, mapping user personas and journeys, and breaking down features using MoSCoW prioritization. We used a business model canvas to solidify our strategic approach, and employed Fibonacci sequences with affinity estimation to gauge relative complexity. By maintaining a comprehensive product backlog, product goals, sprint backlog, and an organizational chart, we ensured smooth coordination across all roles. Ultimately, we combined robust UI/UX design principles and effective coding practices to create a functional demo showcased here. Through this project, our team successfully integrated Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and creative problem-solving to deliver a cohesive laundry service solution.
