CUI Voiceflow Design for the Autonomous Vehicle
In the CUI Voiceflow Design for the Autonomous Vehicle project, I led the creation of an in-car voice system aimed at enhancing driver and passenger interactions with autonomous technology. The project began with developing empathy maps and conducting user needs analyses to understand the diverse requirements of vehicle users. I mapped out the user journey and conducted extensive research to inform the design process. Through iterative design and usability testing across three iterations, we refined the system to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction. The final deliverables include a sophisticated Voiceflow prototype, a video demo showcasing four key milestones, annotated scripts, and comprehensive reflections on the design process. This project highlights my expertise in interactive design, user-centered research, iterative development, and the implementation of advanced voice technologies, demonstrating my ability to create intuitive and effective solutions for cutting-edge automotive applications.
