Staff members must abide by all general server rules. Reprimands/Reminders may be handed our privately to those who continuously need to be warned to follow rules.
Should be professional and respectful to ALL users, regardless of if you have prior history with them.
ALL staff are allowed to make adopts and participate in the daycare. However, for those who have duties that are not geared towards art, that should be your main focus over making adopts.
Staff may create a paid adopts once they make at LEAST 3 free adopts for that month. This includes doing paid customs for that month.
All staff members can participate in eachothers adopts/raffles/events/etc. unless otherwise specified. Just because a user is a staff member does not mean they are not allowed to participate as a normal member in the ARPG.
Staff are allowed to self-roll their own pokeballs at any time as long as there is not a current long wait line for a queue OR rolls are caught up/almost caught up with archiving.
All of our staff members are allowed a monetary benefit to participate in 'paid' adopts/customs regardless of their position. Additionally, based on how active a staff member is and if they log the duties they have done for a given time, they will be rewarded additional loveletters for their assistance in the ARPG.
All full-time staff are also allowed to create a single 'Staff Poke-sona' that is used in a NPC-like manner. Staff-Sonas can be drawn and used in prompts up to the staff members discretion. Staff who leave will have their Staff-sonas removed from the NPC masterlist upon request OR moved into a 'retired Staff-sona' folder.
Breeding batches should be completed a maximum of one month after being claimed. If a staff member claims your batch and has not completed it in 1 month / 30 days. Please dm’d them for an ETA update AND/OR dm imperials.
Staff are allowed one personal batch for every 3 batches they complete. (provided the pokemon are not on cooldown themselves). Personal Batches (PBs) can stack and be used at a later date. PBs cannot be ‘traded’ like an item.
Personal batches (PBs) do not count towards the 10 day cooldown, only claimed breedings by another staff member. HOWEVER, if you are using your PB to breed with another user, that user will go on cooldown even if they do not claim one of the pokemon made.
PBs must be publicly rolled in #special-rolls.
Once a staff member claims a batch form, they immediately must remove any additional items/LLs the user is using in the batch.
Staff can only have up to THREE incomplete batch claims at a time. All batches must be completed before you claim more OR make your personal batches.
