Cookies & Cocoa with Santa

This family fun event has been a long time tradition at Harvey Green and is a wonderful community building event around Christmas. PTA worked hard in providing the virtual celebrations during COVID-19 shutdown, but we are back to in-person since 2022!

When: Friday, 12/13/24 5:30pm-8pm 

• Five 30 min slots: 5:30-6pm, 6-6:30pm, 6:30-7pm, 7-7:30pm, 7:30-8pm 

• (limited to 25 families per time slot, so make sure to register early)

Where: Harvey Green MUR

Cost: 

•  $15 per family (up to 2 children)

•  $10 per family (PTA member discount, up to 2 children)

  •  Join PTA now for discounts and priority registration: Join PTA

•  $1 for each additional child

• Payment: CASH ONLY at the event.

Canned food Drive: Let's give back to the community and bring canned goods to donate, you can redeem them for raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets are 2* canned foods or $1 per ticket. Canned goods collected will be picked up by Viola Blythe

Raffle: 

• We will be holding the raffle after the event & will contact winning families to pick up their prizes at the office the week after the event in order to keep an orderly flow. 

• Win exciting prizes like a San Francisco Giants autographed baseball, Exploratorium tickets, toys, and more!

• Bring canned goods to donate and receive additional raffle tickets!

• Each family receives one raffle ticket with admission. Buy extra tickets for just $1 each or 2 canned goods!

Santa photos: Mr and Mrs Claus are making a special trip to Harvey Green along to bring holiday cheer to our community. Photos can be taken with your camera or Natalie & Mr Kim will be taking them and posting them here after the event.

Volunteers:

• Priority registration for families with PTA membership is open until Friday, 12/6.  Open registration for all begins on Saturday, 12/8. Consider joining to get your preferred time slot ($10 for PTA membership)!
