Fremont Robotics Academy (FRA) is a youth-run non profit organization that will be bringing an 8 week FLL robotics program to 4th & 5th graders in the Harvey Green MUR starting 9/15/25 for 8 weeks. The students will learn to work on the Lego Spike Prime platform.

Program schedule (tentative)
Class 1: 9/15 Introduction to FLL (the robotics program we are doing) and basic hardware concepts
Class 2: 9/22 Intermediate hardware and basic software concepts
Class 3: 9/29 Building and coding robots and line following
Class 4: 10/6 Class 3, continued
Class 5: 10/13 More advanced line following
Class 6: 10/20 Gyro Sensors
Class 7: 10/27 Mini FLL Missions
Class 8: 11/3 Real FLL Missions ( from previous years' game).

When: Every Monday, 5:30pm-7pm starting 9/15/25 & ending 11/3/25

suggested donation: $30-$50 to help cover the additional kits that we purchased last year & support PTA programs.
Intermediate (those that joined FRA robotics in 2024) ** new this year
FRA will also lead an intermediate version of this club for those that were enrolled last year as 4th graders. Please only sign up for 1 of the FRA sessions. This is to build on top of what was learned last year. This program will last for 4 weeks
Class 1: 9/4 Gyro Sensors and building robots
Class 2: 9/11 Real FLL Missions (from last year)
Class 3: 9/18 Real FLL Missions (from last year)
Class 4: 9/25 Real FLL Missions (from last year)
