Fall Festival

This community event has been a long time tradition at Harvey Green. It is our biggest PTA fundraising event and the most favorite family fun gathering, featuring 25+ booths, attracting 200+ families and generating $2,500~$3,000 in profit annually to help our school!

The event will be held on Saturday, 10/25/2025 11am-3pm at Harvey Green.

Fall Festival is coming in two weeks. We're in urgent need of parent volunteers preferably from the lower grade classes. It is crucial to get you involved and trained so that we could successfully host the event this year and in the future!

Why? Most of our senior PTA board members will be graduating this year or next, and most of them cannot attend this event for the entire period due to conflicts. We are risking not having enough volunteers to supervise the high school students or even covering the basic duties.

How? We need 8-10 new parent volunteers to shadow us in every aspect of the planning and operation of this event to ensure a smooth transition.

What? Fall Festival is Harvey Green's best kept tradition, our favorite family event and the biggest fundraiser for our school. Every year, with the effort of 80-100 volunteers, we have been able to make a profit of $3500+ annually while 150+ families having a fun time together. This won't happen or sustain without the help of each and every one of you.

If we don't have enough new parent volunteers to join us, this event will be downgraded this year and suspended next year.
