Annual Donations
The generous donations from Harvey Green Families have made it possible for PTA to provide outstanding extracurricular programs, family orientated events, classroom supplies, assemblies, school improvement projects, a nurturing community environment, and much more. We need your help to continue funding these programs. Suggested donation is $100.00 per family.
You may make donations directly in Totem and get a receipt online, or write a check to "Harvey Green Elementary PTA" and bring to the school office.
You may also donate through your company's online portal. Please contact your employer about Corporate Gift Match Program that may easily double your contributions. We can provide PTA docs for setting up donation match if needed.
Corporate Gift Match
If your company offers donation match but requires an employee to nominate the organization first, please contact us at harveygreenpta@gmail.com. We will help provide all the necessary info to get through the nomination and activation. Thanks in advance.

Corporate Donation Gift Match
Donation Match: Many companies give back to the community through Corporate Donation Gift Match, which may help double or even triple your donations to non-profit organizations such as our PTA or school.
Volunteer Hour Match: Some companies offer volunteer hour match where you need to submit a minimum number of hours. You may need to submit your request, get approved, receive the credit in your account, and then forward the credit to the organization you choose. Please watch out for the expiration date of your credit!

Earn Free Spirit Wear!
Donation gifts are given to individual donors, based on the total amount of annual donations plus matching earned by a donor within the school year. Please fill out this Google Form to claim your credit towards spirit wear.
Under $50: No gifts are given
$50 ~ $99: You will receive a gift up to $5 in value
$100 or more: You will earn spirit wear credits/vouchers in the value of 10% of the total amount donated+matched.
Spirit wear credits/vouchers can be redeemed as T-shirts, Sweatshirts, mugs, and/or other items specified by PTA. Donation gifts must be claimed by the end of the school year. Subject to availability. If you has submitted donations and/or matches outside Totem, please contact harveygreenpta@gmail.com so PTA could verify the total amount received.
