I decided to redo the map since a digital drawing would be neater.

The red salmon in the middle of the flag is Mecaia's national animal representing hard work and versatility. The colour blue can be seen on the flag due to its prominent presence as Mecaia's national colour which is associated with depth and stability as well as trust, loyalty and wisdom. The bordering green highlights the nature and greenery which surrounds the country.

Step 1:

Step 2 - Locating the cities and labeling them

Step 3 - Adding a river and constructing borderlines for the cities

Step 3 - Adding facilities and city's unique facilities.

Step 4 - Adding wind turbines and finalising

Mecaia's strange heart shape represents the love and heart the people have towards their country, as well as their kind and good nature. It also looks like a lily pad lol.
