Background:
Developing a variety of business cards, some which shall be handed out, and others that will not see the light of day as they were a horrible idea to begin with. Early product photos developed leveraging AI (no, I will not elaborate which one, if you use AI tools at all, you know which one I leveraged). If you follow my blog, you understand I have the tendancy to label which photos I develop with AI and which ones I do not.

When I Should Have Done It:
In this market, back when I should have bought a house in diapers back in the early 2000s when the dot com bubble burst. In the more relative market, back in high school when I was on the FIRST Robotics Team 3781 "FP Cardinals."
In actuality, when one of my notorious instructors brought it up in class and I internally went "tis indeed the pandemic, I have to care for my family, and it was not a required assignment, so I shall wait and work harder at my already obtained job at Boeing in the meanwhile" so I did not make the business cards.
In hindsight, the coin toss indicates that the experience versus outcome is a solid toss up as to whether creating the business card at the first go around would have benefitted my more or not. Sometimes, when you do this type of work, you can get sued. Sometimes you are not the correct type of person that they want to do this work. That goes for industry as well. Am I using innapropriate parts for this type of work? Yes, and you need to gain experience with them ahead of time and you need to have that experience to last longer. Mentors can be very interesting and I no longer have a mentor.
Some work can get you on watchlists. Some work can lead to your demonization such as working on lasers. Any work on lasers led to your disgrace until very recently and even then, I do not see any senior engineers leading the initiative for lasers to be widely accepted. Sometimes that means the work is not profitable, sometimes it means that there are too many young engineers in that area and they very shortly will no longer be engineers. Women and other groups not perceived as stereotypical engineers are often the first to go (citation of Gallium Nitride MOSFETs).

Selection Criteria:
When looking at a business card, I think lightweight, non-clunky, foldable. Since this is a project designed to explore, I am pulling out all the stops on purpose. Our criteria will be that a battery is required. Some business cards shall be made with no battery, just to see if they shall work. Were I not to have a secondary condition in need of health care, I would start my own business or something. And healthcare does not come cheap, nor does it come well, and I know I will be targetted for having a secondary condition, I have before. I have some very angry ladies in LA who despise my existance as I have a heart condition and I have been taught that I am only worth while if I work hard. It is also why I only pay for my own meals when I go out.
