About me:

• I've been in speech and debate since my Freshman Year.

• I have competed in literally every single speech and debate event except Limited Prep!

• My hobbies are: dancing, baking, writing, and playing ROBLOX or brawl stars (I love Dress to Impress!).

• Favorite music artist is Travis Scott, but I also LOVE  Don Toliver.

• I absolutely LOVE BOBA!!! And coffee. And ice cream. And chocolate.

• BQ is definitely one of the most controversial debate types there are due to the fact that BQ is all about opinions and ethics. In other words, if you like philosophy, BQ is for you! 

• BQ is a debate event that is very flexible, as the topic changes yearly rather than bi-monthly. In other words, BQ allows its participants to have more time to prepare for a specific topic, which is very beneficial especially for students participating in various other extracurriculars.

• Through debate event such as BQ, I gained the ability I need to speech confidently, accurately, and intelligently. By improving my public speaking skills, I am now finding not only school to be much easier for me, but I also find other things that I once deemed impossible to finally happen (like winning an argument with my mother).

• In addition, with special events, I have learned to express my emotions in a smarter and cooler way. To start, special events is not offered at majority local tournaments, meaning that they are great events for those who compete in either debate or speech that want to do another event, though do not have the time to do it.
