CUB SCOUT YUKON TRAIL
ROUND VALLEY RECREATION AREA - BEACH AREA
9:30 AM Activity Station Set-Up
Pack and troops arrive to set up activity stations
10:00 AM On-Site Registration
Registration and Payment is by Pack or Team, NOT Individual.
The Yukon Trail fee is $10/scout.
Preferred payment is Pack Check (pay for all scouts in your pack at once); Cash or Personal Check also accepted.
All Packs must bring their Team Registration forms to on-site registration.
10:30 AM Opening Parade and Ceremony
Scouts and Scout Leaders will Parade (in costume or uniform) into the Opening Ceremony.
(Non-leader parents should watch from the perimeter.)
All packs and troops in attendance should bring their unit flags for the opening ceremony.
Activity Stations Open
Scout Teams are free to go to activity stations
There is no set rotation schedule.
Scout teams should seek out open stations rather than stand in long lines.
If time allows, scouts may repeat an activity as long as there are not any new teams waiting.
Scores are only recorded on the first attempt.
12:00 PM Lunch (Bring Your Own)
We are NOT able to offer a snack stand at Yukon Trail.
Scout families should be prepared by packing their own lunch or coordinating with their pack to cook lunch.
Please bring your own water. There is no potable water available in the Beach Area. Water is available in the East Area.
1:45 PM Activity Stations Close
2:00 PM Closing Ceremony with Activity Awards
Each Yukon Town Leader will announce the winners of their Activity Station
Recognition will be given to those teams who earned the highest scores in the Junior Cub & Senior Cub category.
