I truly enjoyed my leadership experiences at both of my residency sites. I have worked to build authentic relationships and trust with staff and students and families. I had a wonderful opportunity to learn from great leaders where I gained a vast amount of knowledge and skills to not only serve others, but to also make an impact on the lives of those that I serve. Serving at Red Oak Middle during my Residency was a great experience for the 21-22' year.

Read 180 Course: Built Course by Desegregating Student Data
Relationships: Completed Empathy Interviews with Staff to help build rapport
Recruitment: Recruited candidates on Social Media for three openings in August and filled them immediately
