Greterra began her educational career as a Teachers' Assistant and Bus Driver in 2015. During this time she attended East Carolina University. Soon after she earned her Bachelor's of Science. She majored in Elementary Education and is licensed in K-12 Reading. During her time in the classroom, she served as a Lead Teacher, School Improvement Member, PLC Lead, and Family Engagement Chair. For two years in a row, Ms. Tabron demonstrated Added Value in EVAAS Growth. In 2020, she was recognized by the Nash County Public Schools district for students demonstrating Added Value growth where she was awarded for demonstrating within the top 25% of Added Value for Reading in the district. Additionally, she was recognized as Distinguished for demonstrating within the top 25% of EVAAS growth for Reading in the state of North Carolina. She is a graduate of the North East Leadership Academy at North Carolina State, where she graduated with honors with a Masters in School Administration. She served as Assistant Principal of D.S. Johnson Elementary School and now serves Warren County Schools as Assistant Principal for Mariam Boyd Elementary.
