Problem of Practice

Here you will find my research methods on trying to improve D.S. Johnson Elementary school. My goal for my Problem of Practice was to increase retention of our Beginning Teacher's by providing them with a voice, raising the school morale, and specific skill-related training. I presented a 20 minute Ignite Presentation to NC State on my process and findings. It was a really enjoyable process.
