Element 7A. School Executive Micropolitical Leadership The school executive develops systems and relationships to leverage staff expertise and influence in order to affect the school's identity, culture, and performance.
Ms. Tabron has been working diligently to establish relationships with staff. She has intentionally created a schedule for the year with various morale boosters to implement to help positively influence the school. This includes staff recognition with awards for staff. She also created a survey asking staff to reflect on the week and share their thoughts occasionally throughout the year referred to as Friday Notes. These things build relationships with staff members which can be used as leverage in the school. She captures photos during walkthroughs to highlight and shout out staff members throughout the year.
