Community-wide garage sales typically occur in May one weekend before Memorial Day and September one weekend after Labor Day. Hours are Friday 9:00AM -2:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM-2:00PM. Posting of personal signage around the neighborhood common area or city property is not allowed and may be removed without warning.
