OMNI Management Services is the association management company for the Gray Eagle Homeowners Association. For those living in the Bluffs at Gray Eagle neighborhood, as of January 1, 2026, additional residential services are also managed by Omni Management Services.
If you have not yet received a welcome letter from OMNI Management Services which included your new account number, which is needed to use their online portal, please contact their Indianapolis office at 317-541-0000.
If you have a specific concern, question, payment issue, need an HOA document, or observe a maintenance issue, please submit your inquiry as described below. This will get information to the right party and provide services or answers in the most timely manner.

Effective January 1, 2026, The Bluffs Homeowners Association transitioned to OMNI Management Services, the same property management company that serves the Gray Eagle Homeowners Association.
Bluffs residents may contact their new property manager, Suzie Frazier, for assistance with matters specific to The Bluffs.
Please note that homeowners in The Bluffs will have to separate OMNI accounts. A new account number and separate username are required to access The Bluffs OMNI online portal. Residents will continue to use the Gray Eagle OMNI portal for general Gray Eagle information and for submitting Architectural Control Committee (ACC) change requests.
