Board of Directors

 Please consider representing your neighborhood as a member of the Gray Eagle HOA Board.   Nominations can be made anytime up through the annual homeowners meeting when voting occurs each fall.

Positions for each neighborhood open up and three-year terms expire on a rotating basis. 

Open positions not filled by neighborhood owners may be appointed by the Board at any time of the year with At-Large members from any Gray Eagle neighborhood for up to a one-year term.

HOA Board meetings are typically held the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00PM.  Residents who wish to observe an HOA Board meeting or nominate an agenda item must contact the property manager in advance to register and obtain a personal invitation to attend the meeting.
