• Invoices for the annual HOA assessment were recently mailed out by OMNI.   To avoid late fees, homeowner payments are due in full no later than February 1st.

• The Winter Newsletter was emailed to homeowners registered with OMNI, is posted on Caliber and is also available on the website here. 

• Gray Eagle Holiday Lighting Contest will take place between Dec 1st-Dec 14th. Show off your festive spirit in our Holiday Lighting Contest!
