As 2025 closes out, the Board of Directors, and committee members, are proud to share this summary of the many accomplishments achieved across our committees. 

From fun community gatherings to neighborhood enhancements and improved operations, it’s been a year of collaboration and progress.

Concrete operations will be taking place in the Gray Eagle neighborhood on the week of September 29. The impacted roads are marked red. View map here.

Homeowners will be notified via door hangers prior to any curb reconstruction near their home. After ADA ramp and curb reconstruction is completed, those areas will be restored with topsoil and seed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to water the seed for the seed to germinate. Following concrete operations contractors will begin performing asphalt road resurfacing and additional notices will be provided. Residents will also be notified via street signage for street parking restrictions.
